If you’re adding new appliances or rooms, we can assess the existing circuits and determine if rewiring is necessary. Upgrading to a modern circuit breaker/distribution panel may be essential to improve safety and efficiency.

We can plan and install wiring, with RCD protection, including running cable through walls, ceilings, and floors to provide electricity for lights, outlets, and other devices.
In the case of new developments such as extensions, outbuildings, summer houses and garage conversions etc, we will ensure adherence to regulations and building standards, and provide a secure electrical system for your new space.
New build work must comply with Building Regulations, particularly Part P, which focuses on electrical safety. We can design and install an appropriate electrical system that meets the specific needs of the extension, including sufficient power, lighting, and functionality.
Kitchens and bathrooms
If you’re adding new kitchen appliances, cooker, hob, integrated appliances etc, we can upgrade (or install new) circuits to handle the increased load, and make sure that these comply with electrical safety, especially near sinks and appliances.
In the process, we can install additional sockets at floor or counter top level, and wall, ceiling or recessed lighting.
Bathrooms pose unique electrical hazards due to the proximity to water and potential for shock, specifically with reference to installations like shower lighting and wall sockets. We will make sure that electrical circuits and lighting adhere to regulations regarding wiring and safety. Our NICEIC registered status is an essential requirement to meet compliance.
Building Control
For notifiable electrical work, we will inform Building Control on your behalf. And on completion of the work, we will provide the necessary electrical certificates confirming compliance with regulations.
